I’ll be continuing to use this feature and have updated my past posts as well so be sure to check those out. Now onto the story behind my Valentine’s Day date look…
In early February, I stopped by my favorite boutique, Francesca’s, to pick out an outfit for Valentine’s Day. The boutique was filled with red and pink, just in time for Valentine’s Day! I gathered an array of ruby red dresses and pastel pink dresses to try on but before entering the fitting room, something white caught my eye. The dress was simple yet stylish, featuring an embellished neckline and open back. After spotting the bow along the waist, I was sold. I quickly abandoned my handful of fiery hued dresses in favor of this simply chic dress. This look was completed with a vintage clutch, diamond studs, and lace up pumps.
With my Valentine’s Day look planned out and packed up, my boyfriend and I headed to the Hyatt Regency in Los Angeles for a Valentine’s vacation. Our room was at the top of the Hyatt and had a gorgeous balcony view of the LA skyline. Our date plans included lunch at my favorite restaurant, Sage Vegan Bistro, for pizzas and Kind Kreme shakes. Then onto dessert for dinner at LA Vegan Crepe!
I indulged in a gluten-free strawberry crepe while my boyfriend got an apple cinnamon crepe (pictured above), both were served with a side of almond milk ice cream. The owners of LA Vegan Crepe are French so of course the crepes were amazing and tasted just as great as any you’d find in a Parisian crêperie. If you’re in LA, you absolutely must go!
LA Vegan Crepe is just one of many amazing vegan eateries in LA. I’ll be sharing more of my favorite vegan spots in LA this week so look out for the post!
