Wondering where I’ve been? Well, I have been living on planet “nutella” since last Sunday. My obsession with vegan “nutella” started when my friend Claire, blogger of Healthy Fare With Claire, posted her recipe for a vegan and refined sugar-free Nutella-inspired chocolate hazelnut spread. Once I saw how decadent it looked, even just drizzled over strawberries, I knew I had to make it. It did not fail to impress me to say the least! From there, I was brainstorming up all sorts of desserts (and even breakfasts!) to use it in. The first on my list was a vegan milkshake that would rival those from KindKreme in Culver City!
