There’s a new gluten-free vegan bread on the market and WOW is it amazing! This wonderous loaf is from Bread SRSLY, a San Francisco based gluten-free bread company. Bread SRSLY has classic, seeded and kale sourdough loaves. I tried both the classic and seeded sourdough and was equally amazed by both! After going gluten-free, I never thought I would get to have sourdough bread again. My boyfriend, who isn’t gluten-free, tried it as well and loved it. Taste and texture aside, another one of the things I love about the bread is that it has very wholesome ingredients. Most gluten-free bread has lots of processed ingredients but this one is very wholesome. It’s mostly made up of rice flour, millet flour, sorghum flour and arrowroot. All of which are totally pronounceable and healthy!
My favorite way to eat the bread is to spread on some soy-free Earth Balance and sprinkle some organic garlic salt and dried rosemary. Then I toast it at 475 degrees for 4-5 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. It’s so incredible!! Bread SRSLY also offers rolls and stuffing bread cubes! I am planning on making some gluten-free vegan stuffing with those so I will definitely post a recipe once I do.
