On Saturday evening, Thomas and I ventured out to the silver strand in Coronado. I had seen some gorgeous photos of the solar clock that’s there and really wanted to check it out. When we got there, the weather was a stark contrast to the sunshine by our apartment. It was gloomy and very chilly which was a bit of a let down. But it was still cool to see! On June 21st the solar clock aligns and tells time accurately. I think that would be fun to see if there’s clear skies!
Tee: Threads For Thought (c/o), Jeans: Rag & Bone, Boots: Old Navy
I was comfy in my eco-friendly modal tee from Threads for Thought. I love how flowy and soft this tee is! It pairs perfectly with jeans or leggings for an even cozier outfit! I really love a simple and casual look for weekend adventures!
After exploring the silver strand, we headed over to the bay of Coronado to get some skyline photos. The Coronado waterfront boasts a beautiful view of downtown San Diego! We were pleasantly surprised though when we gazed towards the west and caught a glimpse of the vibrant sunset. I was so happy that we were able to get some gorgeous sunset photos which we weren’t even planning on! It was such a fun night!
