Sweater Season

Grey sweater with colorblock flats

With cooler temperatures finally coming around, I’m reaching for cozy sweaters to stay warm and get in the spirit of the fall season. This look was perfect for an evening stroll around North Park before heading to get dinner.

I apologize for my absence last week on the blog. I got so caught up with working, social events and other things going on that I wasn’t able to put together any posts. We’re moving in two weeks so that’s what’s really been keeping us so busy! It’s so easy to fall behind on posts when so much is happening around you. Thomas and I made sure to set aside time this weekend to shoot photos so I won’t have that happen again!

No weekend can be a true weekend without a little relaxation time. We winded down Friday and Saturday night by watching Planet Earth on Netflix. It’s a docuseries that shows various natural wonders of the world and we are so hooked. My favorite so far was the “Fresh Water” episode which featured adorable otters! I highly recommend the series. It’s amazing to see animals in their natural habitats and see so many gorgeous places on Earth. It really makes me want to travel more! While we can’t spend all our weekends on as amazing adventures as those seen in Planet Eart, we were lucky enough to catch another gorgeous San Diego sunset before heading to dinner.

All the best with your move, we did the same earlier this year, and yup, blogging definitely took a back seat during that time! Also… I have ALL the love for your sweater! What a gorgeous piece!! xo
