With a creamy dark chocolate base and swirls of Dandies vegan marshmallows and peanut butter, this is truly the best vegan milkshake.
Winter came and went quickly in San Diego, leaving with me with a seemingly out-of-season supply of Dandies vegan marshmallows. It was far too warm for hot cocoa and not quite yet s’mores filled camping season, leaving me with quite the predicament. Unlike me, Thomas did not find this to be a predicament at all. He loves Dandies so much that he simply eats them out of the bag, no cocoa needed! I love my desserts decadent and rich though so that simply wasn’t enough for me. Luckily, I came up with the perfect way to use up my Dandies. Enter this delicious dark chocolate s’mores milkshake with a peanut butter swirl and marshmallow topping.
I must admit, this is quite the treat! You’ll notice the recipe says serves 2 but if you are making this for your little ones, you might just want to have them share a single milkshake. Otherwise, they could bouncing off the walls from the sweetness!

Decadent Vegan Peanut Butter S’mores Milkshake Recipe
1 Pint Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup Dandies vegan mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Optional garnishes: Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips and extra marshmallows
1. Add the ice cream and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the mini marshmallows and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into two glasses and top with garnishes if using.
2. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil in the microwave for 15 seconds. Drizzle over each milkshake. Stir and serve immediately. Enjoy!
