This crunchy crostini is perfect for fall dinner parties. With creamy cashew cheese, butternut squash and thyme it’s full of autumnal flavors.
I made this appetizer for friends recently and it was a hit! I got the inspiration for it from Cafe Gratitude. In the fall, they serve butternut squash cheesy bruschetta with caramelized onions. I added thyme for an herby touch.
I made this gluten-free by using a Schar gluten-free baguette. I am so happy Sprouts started stocking Schar baguettes since bread was one of the things I missed most after going gluten-free. Schar is also sold on Amazon so don’t fret if your local store doesn’t sell it!
