Medjool dates are definitely one of my food obsessions. There are soo many possibilities and I love the caramel-y flavors. I love using them in smoothies, desserts, and even salads!
But m y very favorite way to use dates are in salted caramel truffles. These truffles are so decadent and delicious. Personally, I can only eat 2 at a time because they are so rich but that doesn’t stop Thomas from eating 4 or more! The same went for others I served them to, they just can’t get enough.
